Spring Seminar 2018

Perth & District Anglers Association is hosting a seminar covering subjects of interest to salmon anglers in Scotland. The seminar is open to all.

1000: Arrival, informal chat, coffee/tea & shortbread

1100: Decline of the Atlantic Salmon, current initiatives and tracking project, by Dr Matt Newton (Atlantic Salmon Trust)

1200: Lunch (soup and sandwich, followed by tea and coffee.

1300: Roles and activities, the effects of salmon farming, by Andrew Graham-Stewart (Salmon and Trout Conservation, Scotland)

1400: The Pacific “Pink” Salmon in Scottish Rivers, by Prof Colin Bean (Scottish Natural Heritage)
